Product Returns
Team Exalt offers a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchased, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. As well as if the product has been “used” or “damaged” we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Product Warranty
· Due to the intended use of RC products Team Exalt does not cover products that have been misused, abuse, or normal wear of the product upon arrival. This will be up to our discretion whether Team Exalt will warranty or not
· This warranty does not cover products that has been modified
· Team Exalt is not responsible for any damages and/or injury occurred by improper use or judgment by the purchaser
Repair Services
· Warranty service, please include the original purchase receipt for the product
· Customers are responsible for paying shipping cost to and from Team Exalt (unless specified otherwise)
· Pack in padded envelop or box to prevent damage in transit. Product must arrive in good condition.
